Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake

gluten free | dairy optional

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

6oz vanilla yogurt or 1 banana

2tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

*optional: 1 tsp almond butter

Instructions: Blend everything together until desires smooth consistency (add ice for thicker texture); Top with cinnamon and granola

Vanilla Chai Protein Shake

gluten free | dairy free

Ingredients:

1 cup oat milk

1/4 cup chai concentrate

1 frozen banana

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 serving of vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 cup of ice

Instructions: blend everything to desired consistency

 

Peach Cobbler Protein Shake

gluten free | dairy optional

1 1/2cups frozen peaches

3/4 cup milk of choice

1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

instructions: blend everything together and add more milk if consistency is too thick.
